Chase is making a shopping list as he looks around the kitchen. He pauses, gets more specific, and changes his mind. The list needs to follow the thought without asking him to start a new conversation each time.

Start with a familiar presentation
This version uses Siri’s compact, floating presentation as its visual reference. The app stays visible underneath, and the list carries the result of the conversation. The original shopping dialogue remains the interaction being explored.
Leave room for the rest of the sentence
“Two pears and…” is a pause, not a handoff. “Make that two Bosc pears” revises an existing item. And “with no sugar added” belongs to the mango, even when it arrives later.
The original sketches also ask where the words should go: into a transcript, or directly into the list. Switch the speech display to compare. Near the end, interrupt the assistant with “I’m done.” It should stop talking and leave the list intact.

Visual reference: Apple’s iPadOS 27 Siri presentation, particularly its compact dark translucent capsule over the current screen. The previous tentative mango treatment has been put aside: the item now appears only after its qualifier, following the original storyboard. Moment shortcuts are review tools outside the simulated app. This is a CSS reconstruction of an observed visual pattern, not Apple’s Siri framework. Listening wording, animation timing, and the shopping responses are adaptations; the reference screenshots do not establish those behaviors. The iPad-style sidebar, list layout, transitions, timing, and controls are new. This is not an Apple or Google product recording. The source frame is unchanged; original motion and audio were not recovered. Pears, Bosc pears, Fuji apples, and unsweetened dried mango follow the storyboard. The final interruption is a button action; all other dialogue is scripted. Suggested commands are narrowed to the implemented “I’m done” action. The transcript stays available below the scene in both display modes.
