YOUR POSES. YOUR TIMING.

A drawing at a time.

Start with the tadpole. Draw what happens next.

Files stay in this browser tab. Save a project before closing; it includes your drawings, order, timing, and notes. Opening a project replaces this view and can be undone.

Drop your PNG sequence here.

Transparent backgrounds, matching canvas sizes, and a consistent ground line work best.

ACTUAL 48PX / AUTHORED MESSAGE

Your frame and message appear here.

Messages are cues you write for the scene. This workbench does not analyze conversations or generate in-betweens.

Click or drag the ruler to scrub. Stretch an exposure’s right edge to hold that drawing longer. Use its left/right arrow keys for precise adjustments. Timing edits can be undone.

Drawing thumbnails
A useful first sequence
  1. Draw one shared tadpole, then the key poses for unfurling, limb buds, standing, and the adult ram.
  2. Use matching square canvases. Try 48×48 for pixel art; larger PNGs also work and preserve their proportions.
  3. Name files in order, such as ram-01.png and ram-02.png. New batches append in filename order.
  4. Add in-betweens where the silhouette changes, then adjust holds here. Save the project to return to it later.
